Here are scans of the earliest issues of the magazine that more so than any other turned me into a hot rod degenerate at a tender young age:

Drag Cartoons invariably featured a membership ad for the National Association for the Advancement of Flatheads. Here's the ad from the inside back cover of issue #4:

Let me solemnly assure one and all that I would certainly have joined this august aorganization had I the money at the time.

Dig the subscription ad contained in the above issue:

I've taken The MAN into my employ as the curator of my collections.

Here are scans of my complete run of "Big Daddy" Roth magazines published by Millar Publications which also put out Drag Cartoons. The Beatles' satire features art by Alex Toth. The Roth T-shirt ads are the centerfolds of these issues:

If so I saw it before its theatrical release at the Toronto Film Festival in 2007. While I really enjoyed the movie, I hated the other people in attendance at the theatre. They were all artsy types who were film buffs as opposed to "Big Daddy" Roth fans. I really had nothing in common with them.

It is not showing up on my tablet, but likely. It did mention Ontario Arts in the credits.I missed the first few minutes.

Shame you met film buffs rather than Rat Finks.

Check out the song Rat Fink by the Misfits on you tube.
