I just had the chance to read this book and it's really a good read. I can't believe that there's only 15,602 so that means that the only variant for this book has a print run of around 624??

 

I would guess lower than that. Not every dealer would have ordered the 25 it took to get the one.

Do you think Colliders #1 will stay on the shelf, or will be taken out of shelf and destroyed?

Sounds like #1 will be Collider and #2 will start with the new naming. It will probably just have a new name on the Trade.

#1 was interesting enough.

 

This series could easily go either way after a few (pretty sub-par or very interesting).

 

Doesn't seem like a very wise move to change the title name.

I agree but somebody else may have rights to the name. The title was powerful and the art pulled me in. I'm still going to stick around and see what happens.

The article says that they had to change the name because someone was complaining about the rights. They didn't want to change it, they HAD to change it

I thought the cover of #2 looked 3D when I first grabbed it. DC giving it a test run on Vertigo hah.

 

But cliff hanger! Vertigo is going hard with this, The Wake, and Trillium.
