I loved that book before I really knew anything about the broader set of PHM books.  Goom (and let's not forget his son Googam) were the first ones that caught my eye and made me want to collect these.

From what I've been watching, pretty stable, maybe a slight uptick for ST & JIM.

EDIT: On the flip side, haven't seen any real "deals" either - seems to be a steady demand for anything that comes to market.

Definitely no "deals" being had on any books in a decent grade.
