Is this site for adults or for anyone?

I've recently been considering, who is the intended audience for this site? On the one hand, cursing and prurient pics are prohibited. On the other, there are multiple cover and interior images posted that are decidedly NSFW.

 

Which is it? Adult? Family friendly? Personally, I vote for adults since you have to be 18 to post supposedly. Let people curse. Let them post non-pornographic/non-graphically violent images appropriately marked NSFW or otherwise. But let's get some consistency.

If the people that own the site I post on wish to set some rules. I'm OK with that.

 

If the rules tend to shift a little bit once in awhile. I'm OK with that. Shifting rules are usually a function of attempting to provide as much freedom as possible and then reigning things in when they go a bit too far. If it seems inconsistent. I'm OK with that.

Besides this, restrictions are meant to safeguard children because, supposedly, they should not learn not exactly uplifting things, and as such they are more than adequate for adults as well (especially if acting like children… ).
