Did you guys see the new statues he has coming out of Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy and of course Spidey? Saw them at SDCC and they look super cool. I pre-ordered MJ yesterday :banana:

Do you only read Fumetti comics then? If you only want to interact with actual real-world things, why read comics at all? The appeal of a well drawn female in a comic is the same as the appeal of a well drawn male, or car, or gun, or anything else that you might like to look at.

 

For what it's worth, while JSC's babes are hot, I like him (and other artists pigeonholed as "good girl" artists like Dave Stevens and Adam Hughes) because he is a well rounded artist. He can draw anything, and I like looking at it.

 

Will post some of my books later. In the meantime, nice thread guys!

I think you should start a new thread in CG complaining about the way female comic characters are drawn - you'd be a lot more likely to find people who agree with you there than in a JSC appreciation thread lol
