I received a box from a comic store of 25 NM+ walking deads. They were shipped from far away and not packaged well at all. Nearly all 25 comics were damaged.

 

I didn't out the comic shop here. I contacted them, let them know of the issue, sent pictures and they refunded me 100% plus shipping back to them.

 

When I shipped the books back to them...I packed them correctly with cardboard and bubble wrap. I sent a note saying that this is the proper way to package comics and they should do it this way from now on. The shop owner called me and thanked me.

 

Not everything is a nefarious situation. Give the seller a chance to do the right thing before going off on him.

 

 

I'm sorry to inform you the the St. Mark position is already filled... :angel:

So everyone should keep quiet on Comic Keys selling restored books, and if they spot it, just quietly send it back and move along so the next buyer can get taken. I realize this is kind of apples and oranges (Selling restored as unrestored and shoddy packaging), but if it's kept quiet each time and keeps happening b/c some people won't know better how will anyone know unless the seller is mentioned?

I had the same problem recently. I'll leave the seller un-named because he is a regular here, but this is unacceptable. The package was a bubble-mailer, with the comics and one piece of cardboard.
