I'm thinking 5.0 to 5.5 provided there are no hidden issues with this book. There is the small spine tear at that bottom and significant spine wear that keeps me from giving you at least 6.0. Press and clean and you might get up to 6.0? I honestly don't know enough about pressing and cleaning but from what I've read your book seems to be the perfect candidate. Great book regardless.
