I'm looking forward to years & years of Affleck beefed-up pics.

You wait until he shows up in that Wonder Woman costume. You'll change that tune then.

:sumo:

He's an amazing talent.

:applause:

like i said we were reading to much into the story about big news today

Well, I think Warner Brothers Tours helped build that expectation up. Even their response to Batman-News made it sound like something really big was going to get posted today.

I'm hoping they still do deliver tonight, and surprise us all.

Well, now we know what the Superman statue was for.

Superman Statue Being Erected On BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Set

Next to the LexCorp (old GM building) set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice there is a 15 foot Superman statue is being erected.

Earlier today, Bananadoc (via Batman-News.com) went to Pontiac, Michigan to check out the construction of sets for Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. There, he found a large statue of Superman being put together, with a large green screen behind it. It is located across the street from the Michigan Motion Picture Studios next to the old GM building which is being converted into LexCorp. Bananadoc also snapped a shot of the LexCorp building (click here), but a blue tarp covered all the signage. Scenes are expected to be filmed there in three days.

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of DC Comics’ Batman, we’re inviting you to delve into a world of superheroes, Grappling Guns and Batarangs at the studios where the classic movies were made.

Expert tour guides will accompany you as you spot iconic locations from the movies and will lead you to our newly-transformed Studio Tour museum – with more than half of the ground floor now dedicated to the Caped Crusader.

Six iconic Batsuits will be on display including the original version worn by Michael Keaton in Batman and the final Christian Bale costume from The Dark Knight Rises. You’ll get [to] see a wide range of authentic costumes including those worn by Poison Ivy, The Riddler, Mr Freeze and Catwoman as well as some infamous prop weapons such as the Joker’s cards, Two-Face’s coin, Penguin’s umbrella and Bane’s bomb.

In Warner Bros. Picture Car Museum, which is located on the studio lot, a selection of the Dark Knight’s most iconic vehicles will be showcased – with the Bathammer, Bat-Pod and Tumbler taking centre stage. The Bat-Signal, used to call Bruce Wayne’s alter ego at a time of need, will be on display and you’ll get the chance to operate the infamous prop yourself.

A limited number of specially-themed Batman carts will be available throughout the day, ready to escort film fans around the studio lot.

The legend never ends.
