PGM Strange Tales Annual #2 4th Appearance of SM

Your opinions are greatly appreciated. Got this in a trade for a car (well not just this book). But this book is complete, lies flat and the pages and covers are still intact, albeit there is significant deterioration at the bottom LHS FC. The spine is split but as stated everything is still intact. I think I got the better deal! What do you think? What do you think it might grade?
