Now I am a Ebay Power Seller, what does that mean?

Just curious what the perks are, will people buy from you more readily? Does anyone take notice?

It means nothing. It is a tiny step in the complicated ebay puzzle. If you can always ship next day and offer free shipping, and sell enough stuff, and describe your stuff right, and be sure you respond to every idiotic ebay message you receive, you might get a small discount at the end of the month.

 

It is practically impossible to maintain all of the qualifications, unless you never do anything else but ebay......which is probably their goal.

Power seller status is beneficial, not only for the 20% kickback, but you would have to put a value on the confidence given to buyers. A total noob seller with big money items such as an AF15 could risk maximum sales potential vs a power seller with a comparable book. The more confidence your buyers have in you has value. It's not always about $$$. Some people are in business and just don't understand ethics and residuals of good customer service and how that can translate into $$$
