Mephisto
Got my ex Gambit from Sideshow. Didn’t get to take a good picture. I’m waiting on my statue display case to come. It’s finally supposed to be shipping in the next month or so. ADAMANTIUM
Iconic1s
Prime 1 General Zod - half of the shipment arrived a day early while the second half is delayed a day (hoping that tracking will change tonight). So here is the contents of the first box, which contained the base. Will add more pics when the rest arrives. One thing I have noticed already is that the footprint of the base is much smaller than other Prime 1 pieces I have. Not sure if that was a conscious decision on their part or just the nature of this particular statue, but I like it! Popular Post Iconic1s
Box 2 of Prime 1 General Zod arrived today! Worth the wait... . This head was not in the base box and I thought the other one (with the peg) did not lay there correctly. The below head is much better for this choice of display. Body parts... Two portraits... The cape is very heavy material and the wires are much sturdier than the Prime 1 Hush Superman... Assembled... My wife pulled the comic from a box at the LCS after I put this on order. I sent it through CCS and am happy it got 9.8. Thought it went good with this statue! First order placed directly through Prime 1. Placed order on 29 July 2019. Last payment on 4 August 2020 including a whopping $438.00 for shipping, finally arrived today. Very happy with this statue! Plan on placing Prime 1 Cyborg Superman directly behind him next month. Popular Post Iconic1s
Just messing around with display options... decided to rotate Hush Superman around for a photo-op. I really love the rotatable base on the Hush statue. I missed out on the sculpted cape version but believe that doesn’t have the rotatable base. The base is so huge on the Hush statue that I am glad to be able to rotate it to better use my table’s real estate. Are you saying that the statue swivels on its own? if turned and not automatic of course.... I use these the lapworks brand tend to hold a lot of weight, relatively not costly, and I believe have a warranty https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=heavy+duty+swivel+lap+works&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_osacat=0&_odkw=display+rotate+statue+20" Iconic1s

Yes Sir, the Hush Superman swivels on the base. It is the column part that has big ball bearings in it. It turns by hand. The base part with the angels is really wide, but not so deep. Mine is the cloth cape version. The sculpted cape version does not swivel, I imagine because the sculpted cape is really heavy sticking out to one side and would probably tip the base over if at 90 degrees to the wide part. I attached some pics... Thanks for the tip on those swivels... I think I’ll give those a try for some of my other statues. Hope I was a bit of help the boards brought those swivels to my attention, be sure to read the details of a listing, I want to say it went up to over a 100 pounds of weight that they could take... The Supe's and Zod seem to be a good fit! Congrats! Oh and play with ebay search of dimensions on the swivels, I use 20 inch so that is what the link is, but that may be "medium" size, as in there is one size that's bigger and one size that's smaller available ThothAmon and Iconic1s

Like you, I was really fascinated by that first portrait and thought it was absolutely incredible. I had interest in this statue when it was first released, but it was priced out of what I was willing to pay. Knowing that you got this on sale and that it might go up on sale again definitely has me reconsidering it! ADAMANTIUM
