PGM - X-MEN Issue 14 - GRADE NOW IN

12 posts in this topic

Only one today (just got in mail Friday). X-Men Issue 14, first appearance of Sentinels.

Looking to get it pressed prior to submission, would appreciate your thoughts on the grade before and after pressing.

– blunting; all corners

– minor spine ticks; two color breaks

– tickon RHS (next to Sentinels hand)

– colour break crease LLC (next to Xaviers elbow)

Otherwise book lies flat, has good gloss and colours.

This is a nice looking book. I would have to guess 7.0 to 7.5 (thumbs u

You have a number of small spine stresses and creases with a few that break colour. There appears to be some impact damage on the LHS lower corner front cover and along the lower front cover. A couple of small chips and impact abrasions on the RHS of the front cover and a corner crease top RHS front cover. There is small colour chip/break and minor stress or impact damage on the Sentinel's chest and just below his right arm. Finally there is what appears to be a small ink or colour smudge in the "N" in Sentinels. On the back cover there is a small stress crease through the words "Like To Draw" and a small set of scuff marks on the RHS top corner.
