Really nice comic.

 

Minor stuff I see in the scans. Looks like there's a little dirt / smudge in the white area on the top right of FC, and the Bottom Left corner of the back cover has a little softness to it.

That's a very nice book. Certainly no less than a 9.6. I lean more toward a 9.8.
