PGM ASM #51 2nd Appearance Kingpin

This book lies flat and still has decent cover gloss. The spine and staples are both tight. There is a small circular "stain-like" spot about 6mm (1/4") in diameter just under the 'AZ' in Amazing. The interior pages are off-white. The editorial page has an editorial that has been neatly cut out. There is no effect to the story. Blue label or Green label? Your thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated as usual. Links to high res scans are below each image. Thanks in advance!
