PGM Star Wars #1

Had it since I bought it off the shelf. Curious to know what it might grade after all these years including coming half way across the country? The book lies flat and spine and staples are tight. The cover still has great gloss. The interior pages are off-white to white. The book is complete and there are no hidden defects. There are wuite obvious bindery tears. Your thoughts and opinions as always are greatly appreciated. Links to high res scans are below each image. Thanks in advance!

It was (or at least started as one) I still see this copy grading an 8.0

Too pretty for just a 7.0, a few too many uglies for 9.0...
