That is a great looking copy! I was thinking around 9.2 IMHO. Possibly higher in hand. I don't think the grabber tears effect the grade. I believe it considered a bindery defect. I have seen books with 9.8 CGC grades that have the grabber tears (mind you there was only one and on the back cover) smiley-sw003.gif
