What happened to this auction? The bid was around $4400 with 30 mins. left. Then it disappeared.

my guess would be the seller removed it to protect their "investment".

 

[font:Times New Roman]Maybe, but whatever the reason, the high bidder deserves an explanation from ebay and the seller.

 

There should be a penalty attached for any legit seller stopping an auction just prior to it's conclusion with bidders locked in. My 2c [/font] hm
