PGM Supernatural Thrillers #2 Steranko Cover

In my quest for all covers Steranko, I picked this up recently.

 

Book lies flat with a bit of page flare on outside bottom corner. Staples good. Front cover has excellent gloss and color. You can see the tiny chip in TRFC. About 10 minor spine tics that I count. Some damage TLFC.

 

Back cover shows dust shadows top and bottom edges. Back cover, lower outside edge some creasing that could be pressed out, as could the non-color breaking crease on the lower left back corner. Interior pages off-white.

Hi res scans can always make flaws look worse. Given the good color and gloss, I'd say 7.5 that could easily move up to 8.0 if I had it in hand.

That's a sweet book David! I would say 8.0 IMHO

I don't think either of the spoiler grades are out of the question! When the book is in hand it will probably present much nicer!

As backtomarvel says the high res scans tend to make the flaws look worse than they really are - but it does bring to light that they are there!

I think the stated grade was about fine without that slight tanning, with the tanning I agree with you on your own grade.

Hmm, lots of difference of opinion on this one. Regardless, thanks to everyone!

 

If I submit it, I'll post the grade. I might just continue the hunt for a better copy, though. This one was cheap enough that I'm not fluffed over it. Will be my reader.
