This is from my personal collection. Trying to get a grade and see if it is worth getting graded. Any and all opinions would be appreciated

Not sure how the impact at the top effects grade. I'll guess 5.0/5.5.

This is a typical subscription fold in my opinion. The hard crease is apparent on the back cover and the soft fold resulted in the minor creasing on the front cover.

I would say this is a straight forward 4.5 IMHO!

If you grade by Overstreet then it's a 4.0, if you grade by CGC they may puff the grade up
