My policy used to be "if a comic looks old, and is under $30, but it!" I ended up with a bunch of Archie between 150 and 300, an Archies Madhouse 22 (I had to get a good deal somewhere) and some old Classics Illustrated... This one tho, buy it. I'll give ya $21 for it...

My thing is if you have to ask don't buy it, as its not important enough to you. Save the money and buy something you would buy without hesitation.
