A scan would be better. I think 4- 4.5, Cream to off-white pages. It seems to have lots of little defects that will add up. Are the those pages in the last pick a stain? Looks like chocolate on the edges. Is that a tear near the bottom right corner?

I will try to get at least better pics later. I'm on vacation right now picked up at estate sale. I agree scan be better. Yes stain on edge of pages. Small spine split too small tear near zero on front cover

After seeing the scans, I'm thinking 3.5/4 it's still an awesome book, that I would love to have in my collection.
