The book's structure is nice, but I'd guess 5.0/5.5 range. I have no idea how CGC would handle the faded reds, but I personally would have difficulty calling it Fine or better.

 

Being honest, I wouldn't hold out much hope that it's a color strike issue... it does look like fading to me. The back cover seems to have pretty vibrant reds... it's the front cover specifically where they're looking somewhat weak.

Judging from the scans, this book very structurally solid. But the colors, pinholes, tape pull, and also on the back cover from the right top to about half way down it looks like there is some wrinkling.

 

Not holding in my hands, I say 4.5 - 5.0 because of the color fading. But the structure is much higher.
