It's a great looking copy even with the two "clean" tears, but we'd have to see a BC to really give you a grade. If the price is right . . . jump on it.

Definitely on the high side of the "fine area" - From what I see, I think it's a slam-dunk 7.0.

When I saw who the OP was I knew this was going to be a cool book. It is my understanding that CGC will show SOME leniency towards certain GA books. I think it is a good possibility this book could MAYBE come back a 7.0, but if this was an SA book with those two tears then no way.

 

I think 7.0 without seeing the bc and inside pages.

Just remember a good rule of thumb is take the average, then tack on 1.0.

Mid to upper grade Golden Age books are notoriously undergraded in this section.
