Before there was all this Matt Baker love, there was Bill Ward love. Remember that? The early 90s was all about Ward and his larger-than-life ladies.

 

He couldn't draw women's heads, though. Ugh.

 

Love the diary motif of the corners.

 

Slight spine roll. Otherwise just well read.

I have some Youthful Romances. I'll see if they have Johnson's art in them.

Unfortunately, I can't start scanning/listing until after the kids are in bed at around 7:30 Chicago time. You just need to start drinking coffee at around 6 to stay awake.

Kids are nothing but trouble. We should all just stop having them. Future generations will be better off without them.

I have a five and a two year old. I don't know how much longer I'm going to get to read to them and snuggle and all that sappy stuff. They'll grow out of it soon and then I'll do earlier listings.
