I don't think Desert Winds has ever been to a Western Canada comicon or Expo. Need a passport to enter the foreign land of Kanada. :gossip: Don't think there will even be any official Cgc sig witnesses this far North.

 

Actually, CGC set up a booth at the Expo about 4 years ago. I'm guessing they didn't do well as they haven't been back. Desert Wind has set up the last few years. Two years ago the demand was so high for signatures and encapsulation that Desert Wind ran out of bags and boards on the first night. I believe it was boardie Gyro who managed to hook them up with more.

Forgive my noob ignorance, but how does the CGC SS process work? I looked at the CGC website and it didn't look like they were setting up at Calgary. I have a copy of New Teen Titans #2(First Deathstroke) that I want to get signed by Manu Bennett and slabbed.

I would really like my 9.4 Gen 13 Mini made into a SS with JSC sig or my 9.2 Aliens : Genocide run with a Suydam SS

See you guys all there - the SS process would be fun to learn so count me in if anyone figures it out!

 

My wife and son are coming! (one day only - his head will EXPLODE!! - and, given he is only four he will be on full 'a-little-scared-s&*tless' alert too I imagine)
