I'm in the 3.5 club as well. And you don't find many 3.5s that present as nice as this one. It's a very clean and tight book.

I am with the others on the technical grade, but damn this book has great eye appeal! Great pick-up here.

Looks great its a 3.5. If it wasnt for the piece missing. And maybe few small minor issues. It would grade alittle higher. Very nice book Oak. Alittle bit jealous right now.

I only paid 500 for it too!

 

What a steal. You planning on submitting it for grading? I think our fellow boardies our pretty accurate with 3.5.

I've a 4.0 copy that looks about the same with a 1" tear instead of the chipped corner.
