PGM Superman #136 and #139 - Grades given by MCS added

Shooting to make a certain grade level on these, and not sure whether they are quite there. Appreciate any opinions. Thanks.

 

First, Superman #136, nothing that isn't apparent from the scan:

Next is Superman #139 - some wrinkling at the top around the area of the stain (around "man"), possible water damage?

I also sent these to MyComicShop for consignment. Graded by them as VG+ 4.5 for the Superman 136, and VG- 3.5 for the Superman 139.
