Marvel Boards *Piece of History Part 2

Hello,

Welcome to my sale of my marvel board collection. This collection was bought from a man who told me he demolished a Matvel "factory" in 1985, in Yuma Arizona. The pieces apparently line the walls of the facility. I have no proof to validate this story but if you look at the size, quality of these pieces you will have no doubts either. If I had proof, I would be asking a lot more than I am.

 

They are of misc size and shape. They are all vinyl with wood frames. They wood is beat up on some because they have been in storage for 20+ years. I will take pictures of each item. Please be sure to check them before committing to buy. I am not selling them describing perfect condition. They have nicks, bumps and bruises. Again, they are 20+ years old.

 

All will be shipped UPS ground. It is the cheapest way to ship these items because of the size and weight. (some pieces weigh 100 lbs !).

 

ALL PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL US.

Paypal or money order to be paid immediately. I am not a dealer and don't have time to make trips to UPS. Also, no refunds. I am not a dealer!

I hope you enjoy these extremely rare pieces. I am selling what remains in Lots because I would like these pieces to stay together as they have for 20 years.

Lot 2 Captain America Word Bubble. I was told it was hanging from the ceiling at the factory. It is double sided. 7.5 x 2.5 feet!!!!! Wieghs at least 100lbs. Because of the weight and size shipping will be expensive. It is obviously one of a kind. It is nicked up and dinged. The side showing is the nicest side. I am asking 800.00 because of shipping costs. Local would be cheaper

If you look closely, you can see a 1:1 replica of silver surfers board that hung in the office too. Very cool piece and Im glad it went to a silver surfer collector.

Lot 4 Amazing Spiderman 3 pieces Roughest of all condition so I will adjust asking price. The scorpion pic looks like it was another piece but was cut when removed. (amazing how the rest of the pieces stayed intact). asking 450

Lot 5 Silver Surfer Large Portrait. Just shy of 4.5 x 3 feet. Very Good Condition!! Small scuffs, that's about it. Slight frame damage. It is huge. again because of weight it affects price. asking 600.00
