Mark in the middle is not a full page sub crease, just a crease in the middle. That is a stain on the book by Bucky's foot, or some other type of blemish.

There appears to be a water stain on Hulk's left thigh, along the spine in the Marvel logo box next to Cap's right foot and more severe staining on the back cover. I'm at 3.0 IMHO!

The mark in the middle of the back cover is a sticker pull, not water damage. I know because I (gently) pulled it the rest of the way off after it was coming off most of the way already. I'll try to get some better scans.
