8.5 IMHO! This book looks so much better than that but that is what I think it would grade given it's current condition. I think this is a perfect candidate for joey and 9.4 or higher after a press would not surprize me!

9.2 maybe 9.4. I can't tell how much spine creasing there is on the back cover, it looks pretty light but white back covers can mask a lot of that in scans.
