That's a tough black cover where the flaws really show up. I'd give it a 6.0.

I didn't see any rusty staples? I see a mark on the back cover "from a rusty staple" but the staples on this copy look pretty clean to me!

Sorry but that tear crease bend fold at the bottom along with the other

small flaws keeps it at 5.5 for me.
