Looking again, I only just noticed the damage above the typhus bottle. If that's a rip it might be more like a 3.0

It's a rip. I had the book at a 3.5 for the eBay listing.

I would have to agree with 3.5 considering that Chip has confirmed that those are tears and not just creases on this book!
