Not counting refreshing when a hot sale is going on (like a foolkiller sales thread, etc)

 

I think I probably average 30-40 times per day. Just clicking on that section alone.

I don't click on any of the individual forums. I've added Forums of interest, including the Sales Forums to my "Watched Forums" List and then just simply go back and forth between "Watched Forums" and "Watched Topics" in "My Watch Lists".
