Looks 9.6-ish to me (maybe 9.4) - with a press could become a 9.8. I think I see a couple of issue on the bottom of the back cover (one possible light stain on the right) and a possible corner bend (not the spine corner the other corner). Possible bottom 'bend' on the front cover (not a corner but beneath spiderman's knee near the bottom).

 

So my guess is 9.4-9.6 (depending on the grader you get) assuming all the insides are intact.

I'm at 9.4 due to it has a few spine ticks, it looks like it has a small crease at the upper left corner on the front, and the bottom right corner looks dinged/rounded you can see it really good on the back cover scan.

Try to align your scans (yes, it makes a difference). Nice large size though.
