found this at a garage sale today (only one of two comics they had). looks very good, some tanning/dust shadow on cover, pages are probably cream colored

 

some creasing on back cover but doesn't break color and looks to be pressable

I've looked at the comic several times after scanning it yesterday and I really think it could get a very decent score after a press. I'm going to hold on to it and have Neal sign it during WW in August.

 

I have another copy so I'll have him sign both and keep the one that grades better
