Bought This on the boards it's on way back to me.

Any thoughts on grades

I know hard to tell with pics but just a ball park

Two pieces of tape, date stamp, Off white pages ~ ~ spine split near tape ~ Tape does not stain or affect interior pages

It looks nicer than a cgc 2.0 ASM5 that I have with tape along the entire spine.

The staining around the tape is what kills it for me. Tape alone without the stain would be higher - maybe 3 to 3.5?

 

 

 

If memory serves - CGC would apply a grade to a taped book based on the defect being fixed with the tape - if that is one gigantic spine split - then the book might be a 2.

 

 

One of those books that presents much better than the grade - while there are smaller tears and winkles, the cover looks to be pretty much intact. If the staining just was not so pronounced.....
