8.5 IMHO! Great looking copy but too much going on with the spine and a couple of other minor issues including the impact damage on the LRHS of the back cover and the edge wear part way up on the LHS.

9.0 for me, Have the book pressed and remove the ding on bottom back cover and push it to a 9.2

It lies flat, no waviness.
