Restoration and Conservation labels from CGC?

So I attempted to read the changes over at CGC and can someone explain to me the benefit of the conservation label?

 

Everything is still restored so now there's going to be even more confusion between the books?

We were all so caught up with other news that when this was announced we sort of skipped over it. So I add…

The combo restored labels are already out there. The Action 1 in the Heritage auction has one

Restored is restored is restored. I don't really think any of these changes or new labels were necessary. They are only a placebo to people who own or buy restored books and will only add to the confusion as to what those books really are.

I'm confused and was going to look at higher graded copied silver keys but with these labels I have no idea which is better let alone the grades they are giving out...
