Hello,

 

Has two spots on front cover that looks like someone had just got done eating greasy fries and touched the cover and it makes it somewhat transparent... Also has rust migration top staple

I think you could make a strong case for a VG+. Flawed, but desirable. Nice book and a top 4 Spidey key (AF 15, 1 & 14 being the others IMHO). Thanks for sharing. 4.5 is my best guess.

4.5 for me. No pieces off the corners keeps it above 4.0 for me, but the multiple creases on that lower corner keep it out of 5.0 range, but maybe not.

I was between 4.0 and 4.5, but if I had to pick 4.5.

Grease stains that make the paper translucent I think are a big detractor. Maybe 4, but I wouldn't be shocked to see this come back 3.5.
