I own a 3.0 Hulk #1 and your copy looks like it's in slightly better shape.

I'm at 3.0, but a very presentable 3.0. Wouldn't be shocked with a 3.5 from CGC.

With the new information and additional pictures I'm thinking more of 3.0 than my original 4.0. I honestly couldn't provide you with an intelligent answer to the pressing question about pressing!
