CLASSIC covers NOT considered "CLASSIC" by CGC or OS

Here's one that's considered a classic by everyone except cgc and os. Still not sure how its not labelled yet.

Wow cool idea!! Exciting 35 = super Classic, Cap 26 = definitely Classic, Human Torch #5 = Timeless Classic, Daredevil Vs Hitler = über CLASSIC!! all great books so far gents!!

 

here is one from my humble collection I consider to be classic but apparently CGC And OS do not agree 1st Moldoff Hawkman and one of my favorite early Flash Comics

Oops... I checked the OS on the DDBH but not on the JoJo... Well in that case it should be recognized by cgc if it is by OS.

 

I believe the Rangers 26 is now recognized by cgc as a classic cover, but previously wasn't. I also have a copy in a slab that is not labelled classic.
