Doubtful and not worth the cost IMO but others may weigh in.

I guess it's not worth it if it will only increase 1 point in grade.

If you're looking to sell it, sell it raw as is.

 

If you're keeping it, place it mylar and backing board.

 

It is a cool book, regardless but not worth further investment given its condition.

I would buy it as a Fair/Good at best, not more.

Maybe CGC is lenient and grades these as Good (2.0), I am just saying I would not buy them as Good.

It‘s similar to these. I bought them from Gary Dolgoff in the 1990s and he had them graded as GD- but I always considered them Fair/Good (not that Gary overgrades, on the contrary, he grades very tightly and often his FVF are beautiful, but just to give you a specific example):
