Is that a tear on the top edge of the upper right front cover? Same question for the bottom edge of the left back cover?

 

If both are tears 5.5/6.0.

 

If one is and one isn't 6.5

 

If neither, 7.0.

 

Looks like general soiling to the back cover (especially upper staple). Spine wear. Some manner of wear / tearing near the CCA stamp. To me, that's well within the F/VF range.
