Anyone know anything about this book? It was in this goofy collection I just bought and I can't find any information about it at all other than it was published by Blackout Comics (whoever they are) and her first appearance was in Blackout Girls #1 (which is also in the collection). The issue I have is a supposed "variant" cover and it's signed. There's a photo of a woman on the front.

Is the photo variant of a blonde with 80's hair and large assets?

 

If it is the same one I am thinking of it was a mature readers title by one of the billion small time publishers in the 90's that focused on lowest common denominator for sales. I do not think there is anything worthwhile about the title.
