I think a sleeper book that could be had in pretty high grade at that price point would be Daredevil #7. Might take off if the Netflix program is popular.

 

Personally, I'd probably get a nice 6.0-7.0 copy of FF #12 or JIM #84. 2 books that really love, and that I've only had beat up copies of.
