Definitely not 9.0 and Based upon spine ticks, top spine blunting, top edge tear on back of spine, and right edge color breaking thumb bends, I'll say 7.0. Maybe 7.5?

7.0, looking at the full sized scan, particularly the back cover, the spine has a lot of damage. Also looks like a decent sized crease to the right of Gideon on the FC.

Not really. Not all collectors/speculators are in this boards. Also, they're all likely heading to cgc - keep an eye on the census.
