I don't think that's necessarily a good thing. The way the scams frequently work is the seller hopes a buyer makes them a buyout offer (he even says so in the listing), so they do the deal outside of ebay, without ebay's buyer protections. That's probably what happened. (Note that it says it was ended by the seller. I think if ebay pulls the listing, it disappears completely.)
