Funny, no he got ink on the back end of the book so no upgrade for me and I think the biggest thing weighing on my decision is that like Adonis said I'd like to see what it looks like if it stands out a little. Still, it's an expensive arse gamble.

 

Crack it and get Chris to do a mirrored Deadpool or Stryfe on the back cover to mask the ink problem.

 

And don't colour it...

It doesn't at all; the sketch is the key here. I've got a couple of sketch covers with ink on the back that have been similarly marked down and I'm not bothered in the slightest. A good example is my Ed McGuiness Nightcrawler & Bamf sketch (although I am thinking of get this inked at some point - thoughts?).

I just like the idea of getting another sketch on the blank back covers to create cool wraparounds.

Thanks to Anastasia's Collectibles for getting these done for me. All four by the awesome and very talented Norm Breyfogle. :cloud9: I know we are all hoping for a healthy and speedy recovery for him.

 

Clayface! :o I always liked the Preston Payne version with the cool exoskeleton. Watch out for his hand, it's poison!

Not on a blank, but my first non blank commission. Was originally started on a blank, but it was a bunk blank and wouldn't take Copics.

 

Magdalena by Dawn McTeigue. Started last year and coming along quite well.
