Thanks 1Cool! In real it does look like it is 8.5-9.0 range. Especially the cover, it appears like brand new with no color loss at all. I think with pressing it will definitely go to 9.0 or higher. Too bad pressing and CGC services aren't available here in NL

 

I just calculated to get that done will cost at least $200 (including shipping from and to Europe).
