Don't know if I can pick a favorite. But I always liked this one a lot. I might go with IH181 though if push came to shove.

I always wanted to get an homage of this cover to get commissioned. But replace Wolverine with Tony the Tiger & replace Kitty with one of the Rice Krispy guys and throw all the cartoon cereal character faces up on the poster in the background.

 

I just thought it would be awesome & ridiculous.

I did say covers… so it's open to as many as you like…

I like the mini series as well…

and the hulk TM cover…

I just got one myself in 9.8.

They are actually pretty hard to come by.

I got mine from the WTB thread on this board, so I'd try that first.

 

There is a thread on here with the OA. It is amazing.

I will try and find it.

yeah, the "patch" era was a guilty pleasure for me in the service.

I used to go to a grocery store in watertown each week to check

to see if they were in because the closest comic book store was in 'Cuse!

 

the other G.I.'s would rib me for reading 'dem funny books.

 

But those late 80's wolvies were just so fun to read!

Let me add a few of my faves that maybe didn't make the list here:

I like Joe M's work, really liked this cover with Elektra. Reminded me of the old Adam Kubert cover from the 90s:

Not a fan of the "bone claw" era or how Kubert had to draw him, but this was a nice cover from then:

And Silvestri easily has the best run of Wolvie covers, this one is up there with UXM 251:
